Single stage single suction vertical submersible sewage slurry/mud pump

Volute casing, pump base, pump casing, supporting cylinder, upper bracket for motor, electric motor.  Impeller with 3 blades, (semi-open type), 4 oil seals and shaft sleeve. Pump casing is submerged into wastewater/slurry sewage /mud. Submerged depth is from 1meter to  5meters.

Pump is used for Sewage discharge of dirty liquid, thick liquid and sewage with suspended matter and water drainage and fluid discharge containing mud in coal mine, Pond water discharge etc.

NL Vertical submerged slurry mud pump

(1). Vertical slurry pump is single stage centrifugal pump, which consists of pump body, impeller, base, motor, etc.

(2). Vertical slurry pump impeller adopts semi-open impeller (3 blades), which uses malleable cast iron, so strength is higher, corrosion resistance, and easy processing also with high efficiency.

(3). In order to reduce the vertical slurry pump weight and reduce the amount of turning, the pump shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel.

(4). Vertical slurry pump casing installed four oil seal to prevent the shaft and extend the life of the shaft.

Application: （The pump can be used vertically or slantwise）

(1). Vertical slurry pump mainly used in rural areas for river mud, feces, river waste and feed transport.

(2). Vertical slurry pump applies for municipal, chemical industry, printing, medicine, shipbuilding, casting, food and other industries to suction thick or waste liquid.

(3). Can be used for land leveling, river and pond dredging, as well as the city's air defense and underground works if works with high pressure water pumps

(4). Vertical slurry pump cleaning and oxygenation.

Submerged depth can be 1.2m, 1.8m, to 3m.
