I.Main Features

１ Increase production efficiency. Filtrate the nut and feed the nut to the proper position automatically. The feeding speed can reach to 35 ~ 50 pcs/min and the feeding accuracy achieve over 99%.

２ Can directly connect to variousimmobile spot welding machine and successively feed nut. Accomplish the whole process from filtrating, feeding and welding nut automatically.

３ We correspond various shapes of nuts from sizes Ｍ４～Ｍ１２.
