ZW horizontal self-priming sewage pump is widely used as sewage pump, impurity pump to transport waste liquids with impurities such as large particles and long fiber etc.

Application

ZW self-priming sewage pump is suitable for chemical industry, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, fiber, pulp, textile, food, power plant and municipal sewage engineering, public facility sewage disposal, river pond culture and other industries. It is an ideal impurity pump for pumping wastewater with solid particles, fiber, slurry and mixed suspension medium.

Self-priming performance

ZW self-priming horizontal pump adopts the Axial backflow outward mixing structure. The pump can suck the liquids and it need not install bottom valve and fill water diversion. Suction height is up 5meters.

Sewage pump

The impeller is designed with big flow channel. It can pump out all engineering sewage and colloids containing large particles solid and long fiber waste, such as sewage, sediment, waste ore impurities and so on. The max diameter of particles can be 60% pump diameter and fiber length can be 5 times as pump diameter.

Pump material: cast iron or stainless steel.  ZW horizontal self-priming sewage pump is the ideal pump to replace submersible pump and immersible sewage pumps.
