Pre-Operation Preparation
Before operating the cotton blending machine, ensure sufficient lighting and ventilation are available around the equipment. Verify that all electrical connections are correctly wired, the equipment is securely fastened, and all accessories are properly installed. Check that the power supply matches the equipment specifications and voltage is within normal range. Clean any debris and dust from the machine interior to ensure it is in a dry state before operation.
Startup and Shutdown Procedures
Before starting, verify that all control panels function normally and fasteners are securely tightened. Ensure unsecured objects are removed from the work area for safe operation. Check that high-speed rotating components operate smoothly without abnormal vibration or noise. If problems are detected, stop the equipment immediately for inspection. For shutdown, use the system control panel to stop smoothly, disconnect power, close all feed valves, and wait until the equipment has completely stopped before removing material or performing maintenance.
Material Feeding Guidelines
Verify that materials to be loaded conform to the equipment's specified material types and requirements. Add materials gradually to prevent damage from repeated dropping. After loading, wait for the equipment to open the feed valve and transport materials into the machine interior before resuming normal operation. This ensures proper machine function and improves efficiency. For discharge, wait until the machine stops operating and close both feed and discharge ports before removing processed material.
Emergency and Preventive Care
When the machine encounters faults or abnormal conditions during operation, operators should follow established emergency procedures. Daily cleaning of the equipment exterior and inspection of transmission components for oil contamination and debris is essential. Check that all electrical wiring and connections remain intact and clean. Maintain a maintenance log documenting all activities, and establish a schedule for periodic deep cleaning of internal components, bearing lubrication, and wear part inspection to ensure long-term reliable operation.
