  • Ensure all machine components are clean and hygienic.
  • Before each operation, check air compressors, vacuum pumps, fans, and other equipment for proper pressure and function.
  • Check clamping devices, mold lifting mechanisms, safety doors, plungers, and other moving parts for flexible and reliable movement.
  • Verify all lubrication system pipelines are unobstructed and lubrication points are dispensing oil properly. Apply specified amounts of lubricant to all lubrication components according to lubrication rules.

Startup Operation
