With reference to the above subject, please arrange to send us your competitive offer on or before 29.04.2025 for the following item.

Note:

1.       Please submit your offer/quotation in two parts separately, i.e., one technical offer/quotation and other commercial offer/quotation.

2.       Due to change in our policy, please submit the quotation including freight paid basis upto FOR BMMIL Site (Danapur) delivery and not to pay basis or upot Hospet Transporter godown delivery.

-      Required Delivery Peiod (including transit time)

-      P & F Charges : Nil

-      Freight Paid basis upto FOR BMMIL Site, Danapur

-      Payment terms: 100% of basic value along with 100% taxes shall be paid within 30 days of receipt & acceptance in full of the ordered items.

-      Material Test Certificate to be submitted along with supply of materials.

-      Warranty: 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of installation, whichever is earlier.

-      Warranty Certificate to be submitted along with supply of materials.

-      BMMIL reserves the right to inspect the material on receipt for confirming the required specification in the event of rejection on account of deviation in specification/chemical composition, you shall have to arrange free replacement within 7 days from the date of communication from BMMIL.

-      Any other condition if applicable to be clearly indicated.
