Overview：The Wedge column is a scale down model of the larger radial column, similar to cutting a cake. The large radial column is the cake, and the Wedge column is a small piece cut out. As shown in the picture below:



The Wedge column is shaped like a wedge, and the upper surface of the column head is significantly larger than the lower surface, allowing easy linear amplification from laboratory-scale columns to large-scale radial-flow columns.

Application Case:The sample volume is scale up from 20ml to 600ml, and the scale up is 30 times, that is, only the column volume is scale up in equal proportion (400ml to 12L), and the flow rate is increased in equal proportion (from 95ml/min to 2850ml/ml), and the consistent purification effect is easily achieved
