About Us

As a newly-rising enterprise specializing in high-tech casting products, Handan Baote Foundry Co., Ltd. is located in the Foundry Garden of Handan with an area 60,000 square meters. Our company is 50km away from Handan City and Handan Airport. To the west is Jingguang Railway and Jingzhu Highway, the south is Qinghong Highway and the north is Xinglin Highway. We are close to the S214 Province Highway. Our exported goods can be sent from Huanghua Port and Xingang Port in Tianjin. We enjoy convenient transportation and advantageous geographical location. We have over 100 employees, including 3 senior engineers, 10 engineers, 5 technicians and more than 10 college graduates. Our management members have rich experience of casting and international business. They have stronger technical development and the ability of management for business and quality.<br>

Our company has 1 set of production line of Vertical Parting Flaskless Shoot Squeeze Molding Machine (DISA), 2 sets of water-cooled thin layer lined jacket cupolas with 3 tons capability and 2 sets of medium-frequency electronic furnaces with 1 ton ca1ff8pability. Using jacket cupola and electronic furnace to achieve a double smelted, the whole production line has excellent equipment and high productivity (the production efficiency can reach 300 models/hour). Our foundry specializes in smaller size casting parts in ductile iron and grey iron. The casting dimension accuracy is CT7-CT9, the surface roughness reaches Ra 12.5 and annual capacity reaches over 10,000 tons. There is also a machine workshop in which castings can be finished by turning, drilling and tapping. <br>

Our main products are ductile iron pipe fittings, flanges, valves and connected bushings and auto parts, such as engine flywheels, hydraulic valve bodies and rocker actuators. Our products have been well exported to the USA, the UK, France and other European countries. They have won consistent praise from customers because of their stable quality. <br>

To ensure the casting quality, we have complete inspection equipment, including spectrum analyzers (Japan SHIMADZU), hydraulic universal testing machines, hardness testers, metallographic phase microscopes, and good software for general chemical analysis and metallographic phase analysis. We also have rich experience in molding sand inspection. The production workshop installs equipment of far infrared constant thermometers and auto electric scales, so the iron liquid quality can be strictly controlled. <br>
