About Us
Wuxi Superhuman Gear Cold Extrusion Co., Ltd. was set up in 1994, and was a private joint venture company. And now we are a Sino-Singapore joint venture. Our company is located in the northern suburb of Wuxi and 100 kilometers to the west of Shanghai, so our transportation is very convenient. <br>

Now we have 200 employees totally, including 5 engineers and 15 technical staff members. The total area of our company is 23,000 square meters, and the construction area is up to 13,000 square meters. And our total fixed assets value RMB20,000,000.<br>

We specialize in manufacturing and selling starter drives (overrunning clutches), pinions and other spare parts manufactured by cold extruders. To en1ff8sure the good quality and to serve our customers well, we have bought more than 300 first-class machines and test equipment, such as cold extruders, auto-control trunk type multiple carbon potential furnaces, brave sclerometers, tridimensional measuring machines, magnetic particle inspection machines, gear examination centers, metallography microscopes, electric spring dynamometers, and unidirectional durable testing machines. Therefore, we can produce nearly 700 kinds of drives which belong to 5 series, including gear-reduction series, radial-tooth series, roller type series, and spring type series. Our annual output is up to 2,500,000 units, and 70% of our products are for export.<br>

We certified by ISO9001:2000 quality system in 2002 and we passed through the re-audit in 2005 by related authority. Now, we are applying for the quality standards of ISO/TS16949, and we may pass the certification in the end of this year.<br>
