Xinxiang Hengtai Forging Co., Ltd. was established in Mar., 2006. Our company was situated in the Fengquan Industrial Estate, facing the Weishui stream to the south and embraced by the Taihang Mountain in the north. Our factory occupies an area of 60000 square meters and 12000 square meters of structure, with permanent assets of 60 million RMB, and 200 staff members, including 5 senior engineers, 20 engineers, 20 engineers, and 40 technicians.<br>

Our products of forging industry are widely used in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical engineering, pressure vessel, and heavy machinery industries. The materials were produced by domestic famous enterprises. Our marketing network covered many places of China, and some forged pieces are also exported to Europe. Presently our large-sized equipment includes 4000T and 2000T oil hydrau1ff8lic press, 50T and 20T all-hydraulic manipulator, 32T and 50T traveling overhead cranes, heating furnaces, annealing furnaces, planer type sawing machines, horizontal heavy engine lathes, and 5m and 2m diameter large vertical lathes. Our products include 1.5-2MW wind force generator shafts and shafts, ring-shaped forgeable pieces of various materials and specification, and also pressure vessel pieces such as flanges, which are used for chemical equipment. Our max single forging capability is 32T, and our technology process has attained the advanced standard, and we are also equipped with advanced physic-chemical detecting instrument, experimental testing equipment including ultrasonic inspection, chemical analysis, stretching and impact of mechanical properties testing, and metallographic analysis. We had been accredited by ISO9001 Quality Management System.<br>
