About Us
Founded in 2005, Haining Kove Bearing Factory mainly manufactures all kinds of low and high temperature (-50~1100 centigrade) corrosion resistant, nonmagnetic insulated and non-oil full ceramic ball bearings (ZrO2, Si3N4 and Sic ceramic material bearings) with cage (PTFE, PEEK, UPE, and PA66) or without cage, plastic bearings (POM, PP, PEEK, PTFE, and UPE plastic material bearings) and hybrid stainless steel rings (SS440 & SS304 material) with ceramic ball bearings (ZrO2 and Si3N4 material) and other related products.<br>

About the corrosion resistance, nonmagnetic insulated, high temperature full ceramic bearings:<br>
1. (Outer, inner ring and ball with ceramic ZrO2 material, the cage with PTFE) the temperature will be attainable within 260 centigrade; <br>

2. (Oute1ff8r, inner ring and ball with ceramic ZrO2 material, no cage) the temperature will be attainable within 260~300 centigrade;<br>
<br>
3. (Outer, inner ring and ball with ceramic Si3N4 material, the cage with PTFE) the temperature will be attainable within 260 centigrade;<br>
<br>
4. (Outer, inner ring and ball with ceramic Si3N4 material, no cage) the temperature will be attainable within 260~1100 centigrade; <br>

Ceramic bearings' cage materials include PEEK, UPE, PA66, PTFE and other kinds. And we can make according to our customers' requests. <br>

About the corrosion resistance, nonmagnetic insulated and lubricious oilless plastic bearings:<br>

1. (Outer, inner ring with plastic material POM, PP, PEEK, PTFE, UPE, and ball with ceramic ZrO2 ball, Si3N4 ball, glass ball and stainless steel ball material, the cage with PTFE) the temperature will be attainable within -40~260 centigrade.
