The product technology includes casting, forging, high-precision plastic injection molding and finish machining. The product series covers parts / components for motorcycle / auto-cars, and all kinds of machinery parts. Tooling is cut directly from CAD data or technical drawings. Mechanical Property Report (chemical composition, tensile & ultimate strengths, hardness etc. ) and Computerized Measurement Report of the samples are submitted to customer for approval. Products are produced under ISO9000 quality control / assurance system.
