About Us

Established in 1986, Sunhe Zipper Co., Ltd. is located in the Manufacturing City-Wenzhou City, Zhejiang province. With rich experience and more than 1000 sets of advanced equipment, we have become a professional zipper manufacturer and high quality zipper supplier. <br>

Our company covers an area of approximately 24,000 square meters. We have one of the widest ranges of zippers on the market, which are made on equipment introduced from Japan and Taiwan. We employ almost 1,000 highly trained and motivated members, 10% of whom occupy senior technical positions, such as managers, technicians and other professional personnel. <br>

The materials used to make our range of zippers include metals, plastics and nylon. In addition to the zipper range, we offer a range of sliders. Our production capacity of long chain and finished zippers at present is 1,500,000MT or 600,000 pieces every day. In order to reduce the cost of externally sourcing materials and components, we produce monofilament, sewing threads, yarns and dye them by ourselves. Therefore, we have more control over the quality and cost. So we are able to supply high quality zippers at a very favorable price to our customers. <br>

As for quality, we have passed ISO9001 certification and manage production and execute each of the tasks within the factory in accordance with its standards.
