Qilu Special Steel Co., Ltd. a sizeable enterprise manufacturing quality special steel and forging, who have the right of self-operation export and import. Our company is located in the Yanzhou Economic Development Zone which is at present one of the high alloy steel and precision forging production bases. <br>

The enterprise has successively been awarded such honorary titles as State large Enterprise, Industries Pacesetter Enterprise of China, the Best Economic Benefit Enterprise in China; Spark Key Enterprise in Shandong Province; High-Tech Enterprises in Shandong Province, AAA-Class Credit Enterprise in Shandong Province.<br>

Our company, covering an area of 450,000 square meters, boasts a sound technology system of smelting, casting, forging, finish machining and physical-chemical detection system, wit1ff8h ISO9001:2000, LR, ABS, GL and CCS certificates. We have employed more than 1,800 people, among which 500 are engineers and technicians with strong force. <br>

Our major equipment consists of two ultra-high-power electric furnaces (50 metric tons), one LF fining furnace (30 metric tons) and one VD fining furnace (30 metric tons), four electroslag furnace (1-10 metric tons), three electro-hydraulic hammer(5 metric tons), and three fast forging machine (8MN, 16MN and 45MN), with annual productivity of near 100 thousand metric tons. Besides, our company introduced from Switzerland the direct reading spectrometer and flaw detector and other inspection equipments, with annual capacity of near 1 million metric tons. Our product range that sell well worldwide composed of quality special steel (including carbon steel, structural alloy steel, dies steel bearing steel, roll steel, and stainless steel), and electroslag steel (mainly includes bearing steel, roll steel, rapid tool steel and so on, about six series). The main size of forgings is 100-1,200mm, and the maximum unit weight is about 30 metric tons.<br>

Qilu Special Steel Company Shanghai Branch is the main sales company in East China which settled by Qilu Special Steel Co., Ltd. Our sales base is in Shanghai, and extends to all over the country. Shanghai branch set up about 10 years ago, which gained hundreds of stable customers by providing high-tech products, good service and enough stock. Our products are used not only in automobiles, machinery, chemicals, ship building, metallurgy and war industries, but also large adopted by joint-venture enterprises. Our sales line not only covers Shanghai, but also extends to Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province, Fujian Province, Jiangxi Province, Sichuan Province, Shanxi Province, Heilongjiang Province and so on, and set up a machining-delivery center in Suzhou. <br>

From 2004, we adjusted the sales mode, combining internal with international sales, based on the national sales, and extended to the worldwide markets. So far, our product has been exported to more than 20 countries and regions such as Korea, Japan, the United States, England, France, Spain, Turkey, India, Australia and Italia. Now our main customers are from overseas, and international orders occupy about 80% of our production. As we follow the development principle of healthy, orderly, and continuous innovation, all our orders will focus on overseas markets till 2010. With our increasing of capacity, product structure changing from common to high added value, our production technology and product quality will attach to the international standard.<br>
