High chromium alloy straightening rolls, high chromium alloy rolls, guide shoes, guide discs and fittings of heat resistant steel and heat resistant iron are self-developed by Sifang and have been broadly utilized in seamless steel pipe and profiled bar machinery, heating furnaces and large-sized machinery of producing 24" ERW high-frequent butt welded pipes and 500mm rectangular pipes. <br>

The technical level and service life of Sifang's products have reached the internationally advanced level. Our achievements have been authorized patents of invention and utility models. Our products have been estimated as national excellent products, and listed as national torch plan projects. The high chromium roll of Sifang has been recognized both at home and abroad. More than 80% of the large-scale steel pipe enterprises, such as Shanghai Bao Steel Company, have been using high chromium rolls of Sifang.<br>

At present almost all the new seamless pipe machinery in China has applied high chromium rolls. New metal materials and new production process researched and developed by Sifang have won many invention patents and new utility models. The high-tech products developed by Sifang include high chromium alloy straightening rolls, high chromium alloy rolls for large-sized ERW welding pipes and cold formed steel, alloy guide shoes for seamless steel tube mills, alloy guide discs for seamless steel tube mills, heat resistant alloy castings for industrial furnaces, and high chromium wheel for cooling bench of slabs. Sifang has supplied products to customers from Korea, Isra1ff8el, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Ukraine, and India.
