About Us

Established in 1975 and located near to the scenic coast of Bohai sea of Shandong Peninsula, Shandong Laizhou First Rubber Plant is a professional sealing strip plant that ranks among the largest window and door sealing strip plants in China. Our plant covers 6,000 square meters and possesses seven PVC and five ternary ethylene propylene production lines, four Banbury mixers, as well as other equipment. Our annual production capacity amounts to 5,000 tons and our products have been distributed across China and other countries and areas including Japan and Europe. Moreover, our plant has passed the evaluation of S9001:2000 international quality management system certification. The quality of our products has met European standard and Japanese ISA756 standards. What&#039;s more, our products have been recommended by China Construction Metal Structure Association (CCMSA) (Only four pl1ff8ants have been awarded the special honor in China). Our plant is not only the appointed window and door sealing strip plant of Shandong Provincial Construction Committee (The only plant that acquires the registration certificate in Shandong Province), but also the designated sealing strip plant for many classy homesteads in China.<br>

Our plant focuses on the production of silica gel, elastoplastics, ternary ethylene propylene, modified PVC sealing strips and other various foam sealing strips. Our products, which range over 900 specifications, have been widely used in the sealing of windows and doors (including aluminium alloy, color board, plastic steel and steel doors and windows), panel walls, automobiles, trains and steamers, and many other items. In order to catch and grasp the latest technological trends abroad and reinforce staff training, our plant hires professors and experts in rubber processing mechanics and chemical analysis. With highly efficient chemical experiment equipment and advanced quantifiers including physical laboratory instruments and laser measurement equipment, our whole process from raw materials purchasing to finished products has been under quantitative control. Furthermore, our plant has set up a customer-tailored mould workshop equipped with advanced electro machining instruments, so that customers&#039; fear of trouble on new product development can be released beforehand.<br>

Our plant has been consecutively awarded &quot;Honoring Credit and Promise Unit&quot; by Yantai Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce and won Scientific &amp; Technological Achievement of Shandong Province. We are the specified enterprise of Shandong Provincial Construction Committee and have been approved by Shandong Provincial Bureau of Scientific and Technological Supervision.<br>
