Our company is engaged in the production and sale of aluminum alloy ingots as well as the casting and machining of auto parts. Our products sell well in foreign markets. At present, our main customers are some famous enterprises such as ASC, GM, Sauer-Danfoss, Carrao, and Bonfiglioli.<br>

Our company has an aluminum cast workshop, an aluminum foundry workshop, a gravity casting workshop, and a heat treatment workshop. The aluminum cast workshop has one 15-ton furnace, one PDA-5500 Shimadzu optical emission spectrometer which is imported from Japan, omnipotence tensile testing machines, and one metallographic phase analyzer. The main types of our products are ADC1ff810, ADC12, A380, A356, AC2B and others. Our annual output of aluminum alloy ingot is 10,000 tons.<br>

Our aluminum foundry workshop has 45 145 molding machines and some relative measuring equipment for molding sand. Our employees all have more than 10 years' experience in casting and they can cast some complicated foundry goods. Our molding area is more than 5000m2. Our annual output is 3,000 tons.<br>

Our gravity casting workshop has 10 inclinable gravity casting machines, and the annual output is 1,200 tons.<br>

Our heat treatment workshop has one phreatic furnace and one box type furnace , which can deal with T5 and T6 aluminum materials. The annual output is 500 tons.<br>

Our machining workshop has some relative machining equipment such as LGMmazak digital lathes, Taiwanese Tema VC-1160A, American machining center E130 and digital lathe CL-200, horizontal machining center LGMazak, and others, which have a strong process capability and can ensure the machining accuracy of products.
