Rugao Shunda Shipping Metallurgy Co., Ltd. was established in 1970, located in Rugao, China. Our company is located at NO.1 Xingyuan Rd. East Industrial Zone, Rugao City, Jiangsu Province, near Yanhai Highway in the east (about 3 minutes' drive to highway entrance), close to Su-Tong Bridge in the south (about 90 minutes' drive to Shanghai), not far from railway in the west (about 2 minutes' drive to Rugao Railway Station) and connecting to Tong-Yang Canal in the north. Land & water transportation is very convenient, greatly facilitating customers' visit and goods transport.Our company covers an area 431ff8000 square meters and has been specialized in the production of anchors and steel castings for machinery structures, hull structures and large steel constructions for about 40 years. Annual production capacity is 8000 tons. 80 percent of total output is for export. Through years of continuous efforts and fine product prestige, we have got recognition from CCS, ABS, BV, LR, NK, DNV, GL, RINA and KR, as well as welding recognition from ABS, GL and LR. We have passed ISO9001 quality system certification. Our products have been praised at home and abroad.Our company has a complete set of production equipment: three-phrase 8 ton electric arc furnaces, 35000KVA EHV substations, 80 ton heat treatment electric furnaces, mixers, shot blasting machines, carbon arc air gouging equipment, 5 ton-32 ton driving cranes and more. Quality system is perfect. We try to carry out financial inspection in production. Each process is under the control of full-time or part-time staff, ensuring the quality of each production processes. Testing equipment includes sand detectors, spectroscopes, composition analyzers, a projector, material testing machines, impact testing machines, broaching machines, low-temperature troughs, 100 ton & 200 ton proof testing machines, non-destructive testing equipment, ultrasonic and magnetic equipment and others. Now, there are 7 engineering technical staff members and 10 inspectors in our company. At present, we can produce anchors under 30 tons, fabricated steel stockless anchors under 35 tons and single steel castings under 20 tons for marine, construction, mining, machinery and engineering. Casting anchors include AC-14 type anchors (all balanced), Spek anchors (all balance), Baldt anchors, hall anchors, Danforth anchors, USN stockless anchors, JIS type stockless anchor four-fluke anchors and others. Fabricated steel stockless anchors include RS-22 (D hone anchors), RS-18 (N pool type anchors), RS-19 (TW pool type anchors), RS-26 (delta anchors), RS-29 (Bruce anchors) and others. Steel castings include rudder blades, hang rudder arms, plane rub rudder bearings, cable wheels, roller fairleads, mooring pipes, anchor mouths, ship bottom hinge plates, sterns, closed and opened hooks, gears, annulus, bearing brackets and others. Company's AchievementIn 2002, we successfully produced 3pcs 23 ton Spek anchors for Olympic Games of Athens, super-luxury traveling ship - Queen Mary II, with B+V swivel certificate: LR. Our company provides anchors long for German Barthels + Luders GmbH.
