About Us

Our company, Huizhou Jing Wei Tong Rubber Product Co., Ltd. founded in May 2005, is a joint-stock limited liability company that specializes in the development and manufacturing of various rubber hoses.The company is located in Xinxu Town, Huizhou City, Pearl Delta, and Guangdong. It is adjacent to Shenzhen, Dongguan.It has an easy access to provincial highway (50M) and expressway (5KM) and Yantian Port, Shenzhen (40KM). The factory area is 5000m2. All the shareholders of our company are senior technical engineers in rubber industry, who worked at domestic or Taiwan rubber manufacturers for more than ten years. We have introduced advanced hose manufacturing technology from Japan to provide diversified high quality fiber braided and reinforced rubber hoses.We have accumulated rich experience in the practice of long-term hose manufacturing. We have engaged the doctor in Polymer Chemistry as our technical advisor, who works together with the professional rubber process engineers to develop new products constantly so as to meet the requirements of customers and market.Both the main rubber materials and auxiliary materials of our company are imported abroad. They can be manufactured into natural rubber (NR), nitrile -butadiene rubber and butyronitrile polyvinyl chloride blends (NBR& PVC), chloroprene rubber (CR), styrene-butasiene rubber (SBR), ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EPDM), high nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), high wear resistant polybutadiene blends (BR), chlorosulfonated Polyethylene rubber (CSM) and the blends of the above rubbers.We also have a professional testing mechanism, which includes the test of each batch of material, pressure test of rubber hose, anti-ozone aging test, anti-heat aging test, anti-corrosion test, tensile strength and tensile stretch test, voltage withstanding test, size and length test, test of package appearance and other items. We build files as backup and establish a service tracking system of product quality to guarantee high reliability of rubber hoses manufactured by our company.Our company passed the authentication of Quality Management System (QAIC ISO9001-2000) in May 2007. And the trademark JVT was registered formally in May 2009. Since EU required that the exported products must accord with the environmental directives certification (ROHS) in 2007, our company has conducted SGS test regularly for the rubber hoses to meet the requirements of ROHS.According to the investigation report on satisfaction, they speak highly of our products.
