Mould Department is a department of Shanghai Tristar Daily Commodity Co., Ltd., enjoying independent operation. We are specialized in professional mould development, and we are equipped with advanced design ideas and rich experience of mold manufacturing. Our department has nearly 100 staff members and we execute 24-hour operation systems. Presently our products are mainly exported to Europe, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and so on. Our products are infants' products, children's beds, car door columns, sports equipment and other products. We are specialized in the plastic and hardware mold. We have won a good reputation among customers with good quality, competitive prices and advanced techniques since our establishment.Our machinery and equipment departments mainly have 7 sets of high precision CNC machining machines, 8 digit-controlled discharge spark machines, 10 sets of precision wire-cutting machines, 3 digit-controlled lathes, 4 sewing drilling machines, 10 milling machines, Five tables grinders and 1 new laser welding equipment. We also have 3 sets of large injection machines, six 1000T Taiwan 500T medium-sized injection machines, 26 Taiwan 400T below small injection machines, and 2 sets of 500T double-color injection machines. We can undertake many businesses: plastic and hardware products, welding, various die design and manufacture, injection molding, sophisticated double-color mould, various parts or fixture design or processing, all kinds of mould cards, sample production and post-treatment work.
