Jiangyin Haihong Nonferrous Metal Material Co., Ltd. is the largest aluminum profile production enterprise in East China Region and possesses 20 extrusion production lines with maximum extrusion tonnage of 3600T, with annual yield of various aluminum products of 10000T.Our company mainly specializes in the production and processing of solar components-aluminum alloy profiles, including aluminum alloy frames, industrial aluminum profiles, door & window profiles, production line profiles, radiator profiles, and aluminum tubes.We have total investment of RMB 500 million, and an area of 320,000 square meters, with a building area of 180,000 square meters. Our company possesses a whole set of imported automation high quality equipment, two large-scale hot top casting lines, one homogeneous production line, and 20 extrusion production lines. There are three vertical and horizontal oxidation and electrophoresis production lines, three vertical and horizontal spray coating production lines, one fluorocarbon coating line, one heat transfer wood grain production line and three energy-saving and broken-bridge production lines. There are surface treatment methods of oxidation, electrophoresis, spraying, fluorocarbon, wood grain, and sandblasting in our company. The annual yield can reach 10T. Based on our goal of "vigorously develop environmental-friendly and energy-saving industry", our company has especially established a photovoltaic solar frame processing center of Haihong Photovoltaic Technology. Our company has especially introduced Italian fully automatic corner machines, special frame punches, and end mills, which are special for aluminum frames. Our company specializes in producing high quality solar frames in varied specifications with annual production capacity of 7 million sets.
