Based on the reorganization and Wuxi Yulong Metallurgical Furnace Accessory Factory, Jiangsu Decheng Metallurgical Electic Furnace Equipment Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company located at the east side of Shanjuan Cave, a word-famous national AAAA-grade scenic zone. It is a manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Metallurgy for electric furnace equipment, a high and new technology ebterprise of Jiangsu, and a top 100 enterprise with application of Chinese patent in Jiangsu. At the same time, it is also a member unit of China Association of Industrial Furnace, China Association of Carbide Furnace, and China Association of Industrial Silicon Furnace. We have attained ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and GB/T28001-2001 certifications.The main products of the company include series products with heavy-current conductors, such as metallurgical electric-arc furnaces, submerged arc furnaces (carbide furnaces, phosphorus furnaces and industrial silicon furnaces), and electroslag furnaces. The company is also engaged in the design, production, installation, commissioning and after-sale services for series products, with include WCCB water-cooling cables, conductive cross aims, water-cooling and air-cooling compensators, electrode clamps, forging and rolling contact shose, compossite electrode holders, MY type water-cooling carbon-oxyhen lances, and reconstructed heavy-current-line short networks.Guided by science and technology innovation, the company pays attention to introducing into high-lecel and excellent staffs, in order to expand it's talent teams. It has designed and manufactured China's largest 206T and 200T conductive cross arms; manufactured an MY type water-cooling carbon-oxygen lance(a patent product as well as a provincial high and new technology product), which is inspected and accepted by provincial Torch Program; independently designed and manufactured a domestic new-type 30MVA composite electrode holder (a patent product as well as a provincial high and new technology product), which realizes energy conservation, consumption reduction and environmental protection in the running of high energy-loaded enterprises.
