Chongqing Jiangzhou Powder Metallurgy Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in the production of quality gears for automobiles, electric vehicles and motorcycles. We are one of the membership companies of Metallurgy Association in China. Our company totally has 286 employees, including 87 technicians, 10 senior engineers and 134 employees with professional training. Our company imports automatic powder metallurgy production lines with technology software control for 500T and 200T form presses, sintering furnaces and nitrogen generating units from Japan, which reach the international level. Besides, we have various types of trimming presses, mechanical and electrical machines and measuring machines, totally about 185 units. So far our total assets have valued up to 72 million RMB.Our company has over 280 products available, such as automobiles, electric vehicles, motorcycles and home appliances. The main series products cover three aspects: driven gears and electronic power dual pinion wheels of motorbikes; power dual pinion wheels, automobile chain wheels, pulley wheels, valve guides, seat bushes, signal wheels, discs, and bearing covers; electrical rear driven bridge powder metallurgical wheels and speed different gears. The parts also cover series of clutch plates for trains and automobiles and air conditioning compressors. Our products are widely used by large and medium sized enterprises in the industries like automobiles, motorbikes and electric vehicles. The parts for automobiles and motorbikes are exported to Vietnam, Southeast Asia and North America. The electric series find a good market in Taiwan area, Hong Kong, Europe and America. Our company has been entitled by Chongqing governmental Authorities as CQ Hi-Tech Enterprise and Quality-Benefit Enterprise. The product trademark registered by Niue Too (Bull Head) was granted with CQ brand name in 2008. The gear series for motorbikes were certified as New National Products and Key Products in 1995 and 1997. Gears for automobiles and motorbikes were awarded First Prize, Excellent Products, and Special Prize respectively for new products issued by China National Mechanical General Parts Industrial Association in 2000, 2001 and 2003. The electric products were granted as Certified CQ New Key Products in 2002, 2004 and 2007. Our company has set up a complete quality management system to guarantee the product quality and quality service.
