Longte Mechanical Knives Co., Ltd,located in the coastal city- Rizhao, Shandong Province, is a manufacturer that cooperates with world famous enterprises in the field of mechanical knives, specialized in producing many different kinds of mechanical knives for special use, such as for industry and paper making industry use. Our products contain thin planer knives, rotary lathe knives, chipper knives, flake knives in carpentry industry; shear knives in metallurgy (metal work) and mechanical processing industries. We also produce Granulating knives for plastic and robber industries, as well as clipper knives in Textile industry and various kinds of knives in other fields. Longte has invested 120 million RMB in the project, and 78 million of that is for equipment. Longte covers an area of 56,300 square meters, and 21,000 square meters are for workshops and offices. It has a team of professional technicians for production and R&D, and elites for management and developing new materials and products. Based on advanced rolling, heat treatment and mechanical processing equipment and techniques, Longte has the ability to produce the products with steady and reliable quality. Lonte has three production lines which can produce a total number of 20,000 tons of knives per year, achieving an output value of over 100 million RMB. The products of Longte are sold and exported to European countries, Americas and other fifteen countries and regions of Southwest Asia.
