Zibo Torch Energy Co., Ltd., (former name:Zibo Storage Battery Factory),affiliated to CSIC, was established in Jan., 1944. We are one of the earliest factories emphasizing on lead-acid battery research and manufacture in China. The key equipment for manufacture and test are imported from the USA, the UK, Germany, Italy, Japan and South Korea. There are 18 series and 200 types. They are widely used in the fields of national defense, scientific research, telecommunication, railway, electric power, mining, marine, automobile and motorcycle. Our products are used in some key state construction projects, such as People's Conference Hall in Beijing, CCTV, Qinshan Nuclear Power Station and Beijing Asia Game Village. Our products are not only selling well in domestic market, but also exported to the USA, Egypt, Cuba, Russia and Korea, totally about 16 countries and regions. We have expertise technicians and experience employees working with practical production process and scientific research and testing methods. There are 13 series and 23 types filling the gap of national market. Two state silver medals and several state new product medals and high quality medals have been awarded because of our stable and reliable quality. Our quality system was certificated in conformity with ISO9001 in 1997. "Torch" has been named as "The Famous Brand of Shandong Province". Zibo Torch Energy Co., Ltd. has been contributed to the development of state chemical-power source, state navy and state modernization for more than 50 years.
