Sufa Hengdian Machinery Co., Ltd. CNNC, is jointly founded by SUFA Technology Industry Co., Ltd. CNNC and Innuovo Electric Co., Ltd. We apply advanced technology of Basic Phenolic Resin Sand Casting and have advanced equipment of electric arc furnaces, medium-frequency arc furnaces, AOD fining furnaces, 20T/hour sand preparing lines and continuous sand mixing facilities. Our annual output quantity of high performance casting steel can reach 10, 000 tons, with 8000kg of the heaviest unit of casting weights. Our main products include carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, Our products are comprehensively used in valves, trains, ships, bridges, construction machinery and mine machinery. We have advanced equipment like German spectroscopic analysis facility, impact tension machine, ultra-sonic depth finder, radiographic inspection machine, MT/PT inspection machine and foundry sand testing machine. All tests are operated by professional inspectors to meet the requirements of customers. We have obtained ISO9001:2000 certificate and also approved by lots of overseas and domestic Bureaus of Shipping, such as PED and ADWO (Germany TUV), DNV (Norway), ABS (the USA) and CCS (China).
