Baffil Chemical (Quzhou) Co., Ltd., which Baffil Chemical Inc established in China, is a manufacturing company with independent research and testing ability. We are specialized in manufacturing high quality polyphosphates and chemicals for electroplating. Our company is located in Quzhou, the national chemical industrial base in Zhejiang Province. The main products are pyrophosphate, tripolyphosphate, hexametaphosphate, phosphate, phosphoric acid, electronic grade cupric sulfate, electroplating grade potassium chloride, pyrophosphate copper-plating solutions and pyrophosphate Cu-Sn plating solutions.Based on BS EN and GB standards, we have made BF series standards for our products. Besides, we implement quality management according to ISO9001, environmental management ISO14001 and occupational safety management OHSAS18001 standards.Our director, Mr. Sun, with his group together, has participated in revising two national industrial standards of potassium pyrophosphate for electroplating use and copper pyrophosphate for electroplating use, and is preparing to make the national (Industrial) standards of stannous pyrophosphate, pyrophospharic acid and potassium tripolyphosphate. Our pyrophosphate and tripolyphosphate products can be widely used in non-cyanide electroplating, food additive, detergent and water treatment industries, especially in the non-cyanide electroplating industry. For the effect of different quality pyrophosphate solutions on electroplating, we have proposed a new concept-chelating ability index (CAI), and this value is better than that of products from British, Germany and Japan. With the extra-strong chelating ability and excellent dispersion ability, not only can the usage of potassium pyrophosphate be reduced by 30% and soluble anode by 10-20%, but also the coating surfaces are more regular and dense.We have several advanced automatic production lines.
