About Us
Yacenter were founded in July, 1991 in Taiwan. We have nearly twenty years of experience for specializing in manufacturing various wire harnesses for automotive industry, medical scooters and electronics. Our products include audio harnesses, car mirrors, alarm systems, HID systems, OBD2 Diagnostic systems, waterproof connectors, power seat cables, game machine harness, power cables and custom wire assemblies. We also pay much attention to the research and development of various wire harness to meet the demands of automobile, motorcycle, electronic and engineering industries. Moreover, we also supply the items needed by our domestic car manufacturers. In May, 1995, we were approved to act as an agent of parts, accessories and machinery for Yazaki Co., Ltd. We have introduced Automatic Terminal Cutting Machines, Model YACC6/7 equipment and several sets of related equipment and facilities. Moreover, we have enlarged our production base at Pingtung Industrial Park, Taiwan and Dongguan. In addition, we increase our employees to more than 300 persons, and we also increase our semi-auto machines, computer automatic wire cutting machines and others to more than 50 sets. Meantime, we are ISO/TS 16949 certified. We are also UL certified for processing wire harness. Our custom cables and cable assemblies are combined with multiple in-process inspections and 100% final electrical inspections, which allow us to produce extremely high quality products with overall low costs for our clients. In this modern e-commerce age, we need to work with high performance. Our company enhances our quality management and resource integration. We increase our annual R&D operation cost to ten million USD. We also have introduced Smart Workflow ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to control our management for a reasonable and high performance condition. At present, our market shares include 54% of domestic share and 46% of overseas share (including Japan, Europe and the USA).
