We rely on rich experience in the development and manufacture of hot presses and updated development trend in laminate flooring, decorative boards, furniture boards and door panels at home and abroad. Given the exiting state of high frequency in product application and huge difference in category of overlaying materials, poor working environment and others, we have kept contacting users and collecting information for technology improvement, especially focusing on frames, hydraulic cylinders, hot pressboards, hydraulic systems and electric control systems. We also look into the weakness of similar products to get improvement. We use new materials and techniques and import components regardless of the cost, so as to enhance product quality. Our products are better in stability, reliability and durability than similar products, earning trust and praise from hundreds of manufacturers at home and abroad. The co-produced production line of push-to-work melamine double-sided multi-layer faced board with Qingdao Shilian Machinery Co., Ltd. is the most advanced production device at home now, using servo motor and PJS controlled circuit. It can overlay furniture boards and mold pressed flooring. The device has gained 1 national invention patent and 5 utility model patents. Focusing on the actual problems of high-intensity work, low safety factors, hard recruit conditions and high costs, we have developed supporting auto board cooling lines. It is proved through practical use that cutting half of operators on the spot is good for board cooling. Our products feature defective rate reduction, safety factor enhancement and low costs.
