Anhui Good Taste Food Brewing Co., Ltd. (the former name: Anhui Haishen Soy Sauce Brewing Co., Ltd.) is located in No.1 Nihe Haishen Avenue in Lujiang County, which is 73km from Hetong Road and close to the Nihe exit of Hetonghuang Highway, so we enjoy convenient transportation. Our company went into operation officially in 2004, covering an area of 102 acres, with the standard of "first scale, first-class equipment and advanced technology". Our annual output of brewing soy sauce is 20000 tons, ranking first in Anhui Province.Our company employs 326 persons, including 35 managers, 22 technical backbones and professionals, 9 persons with intermediate grade titles and 3 persons with junior grade titles. We recruit professionals to be engaged in R&D from Jiangnan University, Anhui University and some other institutions. Test and effective confirmation are successfully embodied in all stages, including market research, package design, microbial selective breeding, the choice of formula for raw materials and the process from small scale trial and pilot trial to the final trial production. Besides, our company is equipped with a laboratory, a sterile operating room for breeding aspergillum, a pilot plant and some other advanced facilities to ensure the procedures, the standardization in R&D process and the accuracy and reliability of R&D results.Our company has more than 20 varieties of soy sauces, with "good taste" brand, so we can meet the needs of various consumer groups. We always adhere to "quality first, consumer supreme" policy, and implement standardized production by the use of standardized techniques. We adopt 2 kinds of advanced fermentation techniques: high salt-diluted state and solid diluted techniques, so the quality of our fermented soy sauce is good in four aspects: color, aroma, flavor and appearance. Therefore, it is the ideal seasoning treasure for cooking and condiment.Our company has passed the food quality and safety (QS) system, ISO9001:2000 quality management system, measuring test system and quantitative packaging capacity (c logo) certifications. Moreover, the soy sauce with the brand of "good taste" was granted as "Anhui famous brand product" in 2006. Additionally, we have handled the declaration registration certification for the import & export goods consignee & consignor and registration certification of self declaration.
