We are equipmented with one 10-metric-ton capacity AOD furnace and three 10-metric-ton capacity arc furnaces..The maximum weight lifting capacity in Melting Dept.is 40 metric tons. We have two Direct reading spectrometers,one is Baird spectrometer,the othe is ARLspectrometer,All alloy chemistry composition analysis is done by them to ensure the products quality. Modelling department owns a shoot core system and many sets of resin sand system used for sand core and exterior manufacturing, the department maximum lifting capacity is 30 tons.Our finishing department is equipped with a shot blasting machine,three high temperature heat treat ovens,sized 6mX3mX1.8m(long X width X high),stress relieving ovens,rapid air and water Quenching equipment, its maximum lifting capacity of 30 tons.<br>
