China and recognized by National Development and Reform Commission, Guangdong FODAY Automobile Co., LTD. is a key automobile manufacturing enterprise and a new high-tech enterprise, and its production of complete vehicles can be traced back to 1988. Foday is the No. 1 punch press center in south China and one of the biggest automobile production bases in Guangdong. Covering an area of 360,000.00 m2 and equipped with modern CNC Machining Center and advanced press, welding, coating and assembly lines, it has an annual production capacity of 300,000 car bodies and 100,000 complete vehicles. With more than 20% technicians among a total of 3000 employees and strong R&D capability, Foday is certified by ISO9001:2000 and China Compulsory Certification, and it wins the National Quality Credit Enterprise. It was a big tax-payer consecutively for five years from 2003 to 2007 in the City of Foshan and one of the Top 100 Private Enterprises of Guangdong for two years from 2004 to 2005. It is authorized by government to establish Guangdong Automobile Body Components R&D Center in 2005.<br>
Foday is characterized by diversified products with complete vehicles, automobile bodies and spare parts as its core business. The complete vehicles include pickup series like Lion F16, Foday Lion and Little Superman, SUV series like Foday Explorer Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅵ, etc. The company has established a perfect national marketing network with more than 300 franchised dealers and special maintenance stations. The products of automobile body cover pickup series, SUV series and SRV series. We have established a long-term parts cooperative relationship with many national complete vehicle manufacturing enterprises like FAW, GAC HIO, DFM NISSAN., and we have promoted the development of China’s SUVs and pickups. Besides, our company can not only offer export businesses of complete vehicles and CKD, but also have the ability to help customers establish vehicle production line. Now our products sell well in many countries and regions like Middle East, Southeast Asia, west Asia, Africa, and southern America.<br>
In order to ensure advanced stamping production capacity, our pressing center is equipped with various levels of pressing machines and five press lines. The mold center has rich experienced technicians who graduated from national key universities and it has been extended by adopting top-ranking CNC Machining Center since 2006. Our pressing center and molding center can do businesses for pressing products machining, mold design and manufacturing in the range of vehicles, motorcycles and domestic electrical appliances, etc.<br>
Our multi-station pressing lines are of 2500 T and 3000 T, whose monthly capacity can reach 1,200,000 pieces of parts. The second phase plant is designed with an area of 11,000 m2, equipeed with advanced weding robots. The new welding workshop can produce 80 welding sub-assemblies at the same time. The chassis frame welding line is established to produce the sub-frame and the frame girder of SUV, Pickups and light vehicles, etc.<br>
