It uses new machines, new facilities and its own possessing patent technologies. Its main focus is to explore and develop in the field of outdoor gas appliances and home electric appliances. <br> As everybody knows, gas regulators and gas valves are the most important parts in gas appliances. So to get better gas regulators and gas valves, in 2006, Foshan Asialord Electric Appliance Co. Ltd. Invested another factory, FOSHAN KINGAZ GAS PRODUCT CO. , LTD. , to manufacture these key parts. This decision and action made it easier for Asialord to control the product developing, quality controlling and production of those key parts of gas appliances. And as a result, the quality and production of gas appliances in Asialord was promoted to a higher level. <br> In 2008, to pursue professionality, gas appliance part of Asialord was separated again from Asialord. This is Asialord Gas appliance Factory. This factory focus on gas fuel appliances only, mainly those suitable for outdoor activities. <br> In the same year, tooling making factory was found in Shunde district, ? Foshan PureCreate Tooling Designing and Manufacturing Company Limited. As a matter of fact, Elibird controls more factories, and many new products are developed each year, EliBird group has a lot of tooling to be manufactured every year. These tooling is enough to support a tooling factory. That's why PureCreate Tooling Factory was built. Of course, PureCreate Tooling Factory can accept some other tooling orders from outside EliBird Group. <br> By controling all the above factories, directly or indirectly, Elibird Holdings Company can provide a wide range of products to buyers all over the world. Elibird employs industrial designers and structure engineers and can develop new products by itselfe. Normally the designing work is done together with buyers. When a new product is designed and get approval from a buyer, Elibird Holdings Company would launch the tooling in its Tooling factory, PureCreate Tooling Factory. When the tooling is finished and approved by buyers, Elibird transfers the tooling to one of the above listed factories for production. Thus new product goes to market very fast and smoothly.
