Operating conditions of QDYA machine tool pump
Thin, clean, non-explosive liquid without solid particles and fibers, capable of conveying water, cooling water solutions, and cutting lubricants. If volatile and explosive liquids need to be transported, explosion-proof motors are required. If it is necessary to transport oil liquids with high viscosity and specific gravity, the pump model needs to be increased and the motor power needs to be increased when equipped.
QDYA machine tool cooling pump is an immersion multi-stage centrifugal pump equipped with a standard motor, and the motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft through a coupling at the pump head. To meet the installation depth of the water tank or container, a cavity body, an extension pipe, or a pad can be installed to change the immersion depth of the pump itself.
