It transforms the input organic waste into nitrogen-rich compost, reducing its volume by nearly 90%. Organic waste includes kitchen scraps or any biodegradable material from plants or animals.
The HONbase Commercial Organic Waste Composting Fermentation Machine Food Waste Degradation is fully automatic, compact, and processes various types of organic waste with no noise, odor, pathogens, harmful gas emissions, or maintenance. It operates without the need for skilled personnel. The composter uses microorganisms and heat to convert food waste into nutrient-rich soil within 24 hours.
The HONbase Commercial Organic Waste Composting Fermentation Machine Food Waste Degradation is fully automated and compact, handling all kinds of organic waste. It processes food scraps, meat products, fruit peels, fish remains, soft bones, and other leftover food, as well as compostable cardboard and food packaging, converting everything into nutrient-rich compost in about 24 hours. The device is installed at the food waste source, eliminating the need for transportation and reducing the carbon footprint.
The composter includes a main compost cabin with a rotating arm for mixing the compost and airflow is introduced through ventilation. Microorganisms work alongside food waste microbes at temperatures above 50°C inside the cabin, which is harmless to humans or animals. For sanitation, the composting process concludes with raising the temperature in the chamber to 100°C and maintaining it for 1 hour to eliminate harmful bacteria.
An odor neutralizer is included to absorb and reduce unpleasant smells, providing an odor-controlled environment. Additional food waste and compost materials can be added, and the process can be repeated, with compost being removed every 1-3 weeks.
