Description
Conductor material: high-purity oxygen-free copper (purity ≥99.95%), multi-strand tightly compressed stranded, available in solid or multi-strand stranded configurations, offering stable conductivity and oxidation resistance.
2.Insulation layer (YJ): Cross-linked polyethylene XLPE (EVA-blended polyolefin), free from halogens such as chlorine and bromine; contains inorganic flame retardants aluminum hydroxide/magnesium hydroxide, exhibiting self-extinguishing properties when removed from fire and releasing only water vapor and minimal white smoke during combustion, with no highly toxic or corrosive gases. Demonstrates long-term temperature resistance up to 90°C and complies with RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
3.Filling/Encapsulation layer: Halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene filling rope and glass fiber isolation tape, free from halogen-based adhesives; used for filling core gaps and providing auxiliary flame retardancy.
4.Outer sheath (Y, LSZH sheath): Made of modified halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin with a matte, frosted texture and relatively firm feel; free from PVC and heavy metal plasticizers; resistant to ultraviolet radiation and aging; exhibits a fire transmission rate ≥60%, facilitating personnel evacuation.
5.Armoring (optional): Zinc-coated steel strip or stainless steel strip, with both inner and outer layers lined with LSZH; maintains its environmental-friendly flame-retardant properties.
