Description
The Wedge column is shaped like a wedge, and the upper surface of the column head is significantly larger than the lower surface, allowing easy linear amplification from laboratory-scale columns to large-scale radial-flow columns.
Product features:1) The flow rate is faster, the chromatographic efficiency is increased by more than 4 times, and the process development time is greatly shortened2) Lower column back pressure, the wedge column can use the 15μm particle size or even below resin which can not be used in current process because of the pressure limited3) Easy to scale up, better process scale up consistency, and smaller footprint after scale up4) Better column efficiency and separation trend5) Prevent concentration dependent precipitation and improve the yield6) Easy to use, no need to disassemble to achieve resin packing and unpacking
Application Case:The sample volume is scale up from 20ml to 600ml, and the scale up is 30 times, that is, only the column volume is scale up in equal proportion (400ml to 12L), and the flow rate is increased in equal proportion (from 95ml/min to 2850ml/ml), and the consistent purification effect is easily achieved
