We offers a full range of individual or combined fine boring/Roller Burnishing tool assemblies starting at 63mm up to 200mm diameter and for cylinder lengths up to 10 m long. Due to the productivity and accuracy demands, our boring Roller Burnishing tooling is mostly utilized on stand-alone deep hole drilling machines.

This tool has two times boring (rough boring+ fine boring) plus one time roller burnishing , the boring and roller burnishing can be finished by one time tool feed. This will assure machining quality and increase efficiency.
