Overview：

Sepragen chromatograph is widely used in the separation and purification of biological macromolecules, has served more than 40 FDA approved drug research and development projects, effectively support radial chromatography process, the application range covers lab, pilot, production scale purification research, fully meet customer needs.

Products are divided into 3 series according to their characteristics.

1) QuantaSep Trusty Series:

General configuration series.

2) QuantaSep Adept two-channel series:

A set of chromatograph is configured with 2-3 sets of flow paths, and users can switch between lab, pilot and production scale according to actual needs, which is equivalent to 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 models.

3) QuantaSep Adept single use:

In order to avoid the trouble of cleaning and cleaning verification, the single use flow path SU (Single Use) series is designed. The flow path design of the system is flexible and can be disassembled for easy cleaning and disinfection.

All series meet the requirements of cGMP production conditions, all support the sample forward, reverse and bypass 3 inflow modes, so that the product and the resin more fully combined. There is also a unique pre-filtration function, automatic bubble eject function and leakage monitoring function to make the purification process more efficient. QuantaSep software complies with 21CFR, Part11, automatically generates GMP reports.

QuantaSep Trusty LX Chromatography System - Functions as a dual flowrate sanitary system. Upper portion is Low Flow: 100 ml/min gradient system. Lower portion is high Flow: 1000 ml/min gradient system.
Both high and low flow systems feature:
• Dual pump gradient (5%-95%) capability;
• 6 inlets pump A, 6 inlets Pump B,
• 3 user selectable columns with forward/reverse/bypass mode
• Dual UV (280nm, 254nm), conductivity, temperature, pH, pressure, and air sensors;
• 10 user selectable fractions with fraction collector option.

Maximum Pressure: 100 psi, and includes Sanitary External Tubing Set, All-in-One PC, software & cables. Requires External Tubing for 1000 Mode
