TiYO^TM  Autofluorescence Quenching Illuminator

Autofluorescence, a cause of background noise for microscopy,is derived from lipofuscin, elastin fibers, vitamin A, and other naturally occurring molecules, and can often make fluorescence imaging of tissues difficult.The TiYO™ quenches this autofluorescence by the use of photo-bleaching LEDs to increase the signal-to-noise ratio.

1、Product features:

• The autofluorescence of tissue sections is quenched in one step without complicated procedures and reagents
• LED photobleaching can effectively improve the signal-to-noise ratio
• only quenching the autofluorescence, does not reduce the luminescence of the dye
• Unlike traditional quenching reagents, it only affects the spontaneous fluorescence signal, and the fluorescence intensity of the dye is not reduced

• With an effective cooling system
• The combination of strong light irradiation and an effective cooling system prevents the sample from overheating during photobleaching

• Quenching of autofluorescence in tissue sections of mammals, plants, fish, birds, amphibians and other animals
• Free floating sections also
• Plant cells are acceptable
