Shanghai Shende Machinery Co., Ltd. is a Sino-German joint venture. Shende is specializing in designing, producing, installing and commissioning of various kinds of biomass pellet forming, feed machinery and production line and turn-key project for biomass and feed projects. Shende is also engaged in producing natural gas equipments such as gas boosters for different voltages, gas reducers and gas filters. Our products are supplied widely at home and abroad. <br>

On the basis of introducing, studying an absorbing the mature biomass pellet forming technology from Europe, Shende took the lead in developing and innovating successfully the technology and complete system of boimass pellet forming in China. The production system can adapt various kinds of biomass material that has been pretreated, thus various kinds of barks and branches of trees and also wood shaving etc. can all be formed to be pellet fuel. The formed pellet fuel has such advantage as shining smooth surface, high density, uniform length and crackless surface, and all of the technical parameters have reached the international standard.<br>

The complete system for biomass pellet forming supplied by Shanghai Shende mainly composed of sequences of material cleaning, drying, grinding, pelleting, cooling, dust filtering and packing. The production system enjoys advantages of high degree of automatization, reasonable processing flow, stable performance, easy operation and wide applicability. In addtion, it possesses the function of overload protection, de-ironing and Mechanical interlocking, which can be widely used in pelletization of various of boimass material such as RDF, wood chips, straw, and refuse. We can provide the complete production lines with production capacity ranging from 0.1 to 10t/h with the diameter of the pellets from 6 to 8mm (customizing is available).<br>
