The high-performance rare-earth oxygen storage materials and vehicle exhaust catalysts that can meet the EU-III emission standard have been supported in the key projects of the National Science Foundation Commission (NSFC), Green Olympic Project 1ff8of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and key strategical project of Sichuan Development Reform Commission. The controllable technology of without-preheat launch for automobile exhaust emission has been acquired one of the 863 National Project, and has been certificated by Sichuan Development & Reform Commission and Sichuan Scientific and Technological Provincial Government United Organization.<br>
