Our main products are zirconia based metering-nozzles, zirconia based slide nozzle plates and zirconia based foam ceramics. Thereinto, the life of zirconia nozzles used for fast replacement of upper nozzles can achieve more than 40 hours, also used for fast replacement of lower nozzle can achieve more than 15 hours, up to 24 hours. At present in the Chinese steel manufacturer1ff8 market the long-life zirconia metering-nozzle which is manufactured by us has an occupancy rate of 80%. Our zirconia slide nozzle plate is always used in 60 tons tundish in Baosteel Company. It can be used to cast calcium-treatment steel for more then 6 times. <br>
