About Us

Wuxi Lianzhong Humidifier &amp; Energy Saving Equipment Co., Ltd. was built in February 2004. We are a science and technology Sino-foreign joint venture which is devoted to applying air adsorption and separation technology to air treatment equipment. Up to now, our company has had three categories of mature products for customers to choose from, including Heat Recovery Wheels, Rotor Dehumidifiers, and VOC Solvent Recycling Machines.<br>

Heat Recovery Wheel Series: Heat recovery wheels produced by Lianzhong Company include HRWS sensible heat types and HRWQ total heat types. The diameters of heat recovery wheel are from 200 to 5000mm, and thicknesses are from 100 to 270mm. The total heat type moisture coating includes activity silica types and molecular sieve types. In structure, heat recovery wheels produced by Lianzhong Corporation can be made into integral type and partition type. After cut and polished by special processing technology, the surface of rotor wheel feels smooth and the level deviation distance is lower than 2mm within the range of 2000mm of vertical surface. When wind speed of runner surface is 3.5m/s and wind resistance is 170Pa, rated heat recovery efficiency achieves 79% for heat recovery wheel produced by Lianzhong Company. In the HVAC engineering, examples for fresh air system using heat recovery wheel to recover energy is continually increasing.<br>

Rotor Dehumidifier Series: Rotor Dehumidifier Series produced by Lianzhong Corporation include USD-D/Q basic types, USE-D/Q-B coil cooling types, USD-D/Q-Z direct evaporative types, USD-DRD low dew point types and USD-JN energy-saving types. Lianzhong series rotor wheel dehumidification units which are well matched can create arbitrary humidity space positively, namely, relative humidity (RH) is about 55%. Among the products produced by Lianzhong corporation, DRDS series miniature low dew-point dehumidification units, DRDH series large super-low dew-point dehumidification units, LZ series NMP solvent recycling units and LZ series purification and drying rooms and glove boxes have been successfully used in hundreds of lithium battery production corporations and received customers&#039; consistent high praise at home and abroad. In addition to lithium battery manufacturing industry, rotor dehumidifiers produced by Lianzhong Corporation has been widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronics, textile, food, glass, banks (treasury), shipbuilding, chemical, rubber, printing, aerospace and other areas.<br>

VOC Solvent Recycling Machine Series: Solvent recycling equipment produced by Lianzhong Company has been widely used for lithium battery production at home and abroad, adhesive tape production, and electronic component production, paint room spraying, ink printing, industrial research laboratories, IC card production, paint production and other technologies. Since the establishment, Lianzhong has supplied nearly 200 solvent rec1ff8ycling equipment for enterprises at home and abroad and recycled all kinds of organic solvent (n-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, toluene, methyl chloride, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, acetone and ethyl acetate), nearly 10 thousands tons each year. Therefore, we have achieved good economic and social benefits.<br>
