About Us
Suzhou Jincheng Precision Die Casting Co., Ltd., (JCPD) a Joint venture with Singapore investor with total investment of US$ 20 million, is specialized in High Pressure AL Die Casting, CNC Precision Machining and Mechanical Assembly in Automotive, Telecommunication, Aerospace, and Medical industries.<br>

JCPD is located in Taiping Industrial Park, Suzhou, with a total land area of 35000sqm. Jincheng always regards people foremost and implements scientific innovation. We have a total of 500 people, of whom strong and experienced senior engineers and skilled engineers take up 1/3. In addition, we have professional experts who have been dedicated to die casting and CNC machining industry for a long time.<br>

In order to provide high quality products and the best service for our valued customers, w1ff8e have imported 14 units of advanced die casting machines with locking tonnage ranging from 180 Tons to 1600 Tons, including IDRA OL 1600 Ton, TOSHIBA 800 Ton & ZITAI 180-1250 Ton machines (C/W Auto idling, Auto Extractor, WESTOMAT Dosing Furnace, ACHESON Spraying Unit, ABB Robot, TOOL TEMP Control Unit, and Switzerland VDS Vacuum Unit). <br>

For CNC Machining equipments, JCPD is equipped with 120 units of CNC machines and 20 units of CNC turning machines which are imported from the USA (HAAS), Korea (KIA), and Japan (FANUC). <br>

JCPD is equipped with more than 10 kinds of inspection, testing, and analyzing equipments for quality control, such as: CMM, X-RAY NDT Tester, OBLE Spectrometer (Germany), Profile Projector, and RoHS Tester. <br>

Besides, JCPD has passed ISO9001:2000 & ISO/TS16949:2002 certifications, again proving our commitment towards quality.<br>
