About Us

Founded in Aug. 2001 with registered capital of 15 million RMB, our company covers a land area of 40,000 square meters, including a construction area of 11,000 square meters and a 1W Grade clean workshop area of 1500 square meters. We are professionally engaged in the sale of I/E of polyester and nylon printing screens, stainless steel wire meshes for printing screens and polyester meshes. We are one of the leaders in printing industry of China. We have 168 employees including 97 engineers and technicians. We have 330cm P7100 model print screen weaving looms imported from Switzerland, digital controlled warp arranging machines imported from Germany, automatic heat shaping machines, washing machines and up-to-the-date inspection machines in China. We also have well-trained technicians and workers to produce high quality and high precision polyester printing screens and nylon printing screens ranging from 60-mesh to 420-mesh for printing in electronic, textile and ceramic industries. We have introduced 36 sets of AGM metal mesh looms from Japan and 2 sets of Japanese automatic warp wire arranging machines for the production of stainless steel printing screens. Our major products include Plain Weave 304N and 316L precision stainless steel wire meshes for printing ranging from 100-mesh to 500-mesh per inch. Standard roll width can be 40 inches and 48 inches. We also produce 316 and 304 stainless steel filter wire cloth ranging from 80-mesh to 2800-mesh per inch. Special roll width can be 106 inches to the maximum. Our annual output of precision stainless steel wire mesh is 250,000 square meters. Our New Model Precision Stainless Steel Wire Meshes for Radiator Screens have won the title of "National Key New Products".With regard to polyester meshes, we have introduced 2 sets of GP200 model warp wire arranging machines, 20 sets of ZW330 heavy model chemical fiber and ring winding machine, 4 sets of TM-200A wire mesh weaving looms from Switzerland, 2 sets of DX6000 shaping machines and 16 sets of quality inspection devices. All our machines guarantee high quality chemical fiber, metal mesh belts, polyester belts, spiral belts, filter meshes, coal washing meshes, quarry screens and polyester meshes, with an annual output value of 2.6 million RMB. Our polyester meshes are widely used in paper-making, environmental protection, waste water treatment, food processing, fruit pressing, chemical and melt filtration fields.
