Tieling Tyco Valve Co., Ltd. is one of the key enterprises in China. After our former company, Tieling Valve Works was reformed. We are the largest manufacturing base of low pressure big diameter valves and penstocks in China. Our company has a history of more than 70 years, and we have been named as the advanced, new and high-tech enterprise.The registered capital is RMB30 million. We have 180 staff members including 2 technicians with senior professional titles and 15 technicians with middle professional titles. 40% of the staff graduated from colleges. Our company occupies an area of 18558sqm and a building area of 7800sqm. We have 4M, 2.5M, and 1.25M vertical lathes, T111 boring machines, TP*6111B/2 horizontal boring and milling machines, TP*6213 stand boring and milling machines, cranes, fork trucks, Z3080*25 and Z30100*31 large radial drilling machines, plate shearing machines, cutting machines, planning machines, universal tool grinding machines, and plate bending rolls. There are more than 80 sets of machining equipment and cranes of 32/5 T, 20T and 5T. We can produce gray cast iron, ductile iron, and low alloy iron valves, steel penstocks, cleaning machines, and different kinds of wind gates, strainers, and pipe fittings and valve actuators. The annual production value is RMB 50 million.The main products : butterfly valves, gate valves, check valves, air release valves, rotating strainers, comb type cleaning machines, gratings, steel penstocks, cool and hot isolating gates, guarding gates, regulating shrinkage holes, and inserting gates; suitable medium: clean water, sewage water, sea water, air, high temperature stove air, gas, steam and different kinds of acid and alkali liquid; suitable temperature: -40 centigrade degree to 600 centigrade degree; suitable pressure: 0.01Mpa~2.5Mpa; Nominal diameters: DN50-DN3000; actuating methods: manual, motor, pneumatic, hydraulic, motor and hydraulic types. According to the customer's requirements, we can design and manufacture the products conforming to GB, JB, ISO, DIN, BS, API, and ANSI standards. The products are widely used in water power plants, thermal power plants, water plants (city water supplying and distributing), sewage treatment plants, and gas, airline, metallic, petroleum and chemical, mine, and water power industries.Our products have been applied in many projects such as Beijingyanshang Petroleum & Chemical, Yuanbaoshan Power Plant, Tangshansanyou Thermal Power Plant Co., Ltd., Fuxin Power Plant, Anhuipingwei Power Plant, Guodian Puyang Thermal Power Plant Co., Ltd., Jilin Songyuan Oil Refining Plant, Jinxi Petroleum & Chemical Co., Ltd., Jinzhou Power Plant, and Guangdong Liede Water Plant. Our company has the rights of importing & exporting.
