Shanghai JiaoDa Chukyo Forging & Stamping Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Foreign joint venture, which was established by Shanghai JiaoDa Nanyang Co., Ltd., Japan Tokai Drop Forging Co., Ltd. in year 1989. Now we are Director Unit of China Forging Association and Vice-director Unit of Shanghai Forging Association. We rely on brand superiority of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, JiaoDa Nanyang and JiaoDa Chukyo; depend on high and new technology of forging and stamping specialty in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, have experienced steady development for 20 years.Now we locate in Shanghai (Qingcun Town, Fengxian District) and adjoin to A30 exit of Puxing Highway. We have about 110 members and possess two 1600T hot die forging presses and two 2500T hot die forging presses. Those four presses are all equipped with medium frequency induction heating furnaces and our molds are made with advanced CAD/CAM technology. Our forgings including Drive Shaft Series, Drive Coupling Series, Stainless Steel Series, Container Lashing Series, etc. We can produce about 8000 ton forgings every year.We have our own CNC Center and Laboratory for chemical and physical analyses, CMM test, etc. And now we have passed ISO9001 Quality System and TS16949 Quality System. Also, four class certificates: GL, LR, KR and DNV.We implement the quality policy "survive through the quality, develop through the service" ; insist the managing concept "provide the best service, create the greatest value" ; initiative the enterprise's spirits "honesty, diligence, team work and innovation" . We resolve to pour into the high-tech content for the traditional manufacturing industry and concentrates in obtaining the continual development of ourselves.
