Based on advanced machinery and equipment imported from developed countries and high quality raw materials, our company emphasizes on designing, researching, developing and manufacturing a wide range of PVC films.Our company has a capital of USD3,600,000, with a whole series of advanced Italian style equipment. Our products have an extensive range of usage in furniture, sonic equipment, doors, ceilings, armor plates and clad steel plates.To meet clients&#039; requirements, coating and compounding product line has been manufactured and developed since 2005. This is one of the most advanced lines in China and is applied to coil plates with 1,000mm-1,250mm in width and 0.35mm-1.00mm in thickness. Products of this line are based on cold rolling armor plates, zincified plates or aluminous plates. The back of the plate is coated in various colors; meanwhile, the surface is coated by PVC films with different colors and veins. Therefore, our products can not only remain the nature of metal plate, but also have the advantages of PVC films, for instance, fresh color and pretty picture.Furthermore, our products have many advantages, such as corrosion-proof, attrition-proof, collision-proof, insulation, inflaming-proof and more, which can meet further processes, such as folding, riveting and deep drawing.
