It takes us only 40 minutes' drive to Shenzhen Airport, enjoy convenient transportation in Guangdong Province.This factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters, with an excellent engineer team, a quality control team and an after-sales service team. At present, we provide die cast components for domestic and overseas famous brand manufacturers in Europe, Japan and America.We have been fully equipped for aluminum high pressure castings:Mold design room: equipped with 3D simulation injection analysis and control equipment and 3D design software of UG ,SolidWorks and Pro-E.Mold manufacture: several CNC machines, high precision carving machines and computer clamping mechanisms to ensure the precision and efficiency of the moldsCasting workshop: central melt furnaces, electricity holding furnaces and 12 high pressure die-casting machines ranging from 160 ton to 800ton.
